1. Contact us:
At info@waihekenannies.co.nz to let us know your childcare needs, and a consultant will be in touch. Or call us on (027) NANNIES, (027) 6266 437 to speak with one of our consultants directly.
2. Consider Candidates:
Once you have outlined your position and needs, your consultant will discuss any candidates who could potentially suit your role (all have been screened, reference checked and police checked). Relevant CVs will be emailed to you to review.
3. Interviews are arranged:
Any candidates you express an interest in will be contacted by your consultant, who will arrange suitable interview times on your behalf. It is normal for the nannies to come to your home to meet with you and discuss the job description and their background and experience.
4. Employment Agreements:
Once you have decided on a suitable candidate we can supply you with a standard employment agreement to modify and use should you choose to.
5. Guarantee:
Once you have confirmed your nanny a fee is payable to the agency. This comes with a replacement guarantee should your nanny not work out.
